HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

  1. Review the Warranty Information supplement (below) to determine whether your warranty claim conforms to the Aero-Lites warranty replacement criteria.

  2. Warranty claims that conform to the warranty replacement criteria must be made directly to Aero-Lites through the Warranty Service Request Form (WSRF) below. Please do not send your Product directly to Aero-Lites without first completing and submitting the WSRF, as this will only delay the process. 

  3. Once we receive your WSRF submission, we will email you the proper forms to include with the product to be evaluated for warranty replacement.

  4. Please allow 15 business days for us to contact you with the results of the test/inspection of the defective item(s). If it is determined that there is a warranted defect in the Product consistent with the warranty replacement criteria, Aero-Lites will, in its sole option, remedy the defect as set forth below as the "Sole and Exclusive Remedy". Aero-Lites is not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit to Aero-Lites. We recommend that you ship your returned products to us via a traceable shipment method. You are responsible for customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage.

Warranty Information

Two (2) Year Limited Warranty

Aero-Lites, LLC (“Aero-Lites”) warrants that its sealed-beam LED replacement products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase.

One (1) Year Limited Warranty

Aero-Lites, LLC (“Aero-Lites”) warrants that its miniature bulb LED replacement products (excludes sealed-beam products) will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of one (1) years from the date of original purchase.

WHAT IS COVERED? 

This limited warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end purchaser. An original or copy of a sales receipt/invoice is mandatory (and will not be provided to claimant by Aero-Lites) for any item to be considered for warranty repair or replacement. This limited warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized retailers.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED (INELIGIBLE PRODUCTS)?

  • Normal wear and tear of Product use

  • Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use

  • Use of the Product other than for its intended purpose

  • Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance

  • Product that has been modified or altered

  • Any product that is not sold by Aero-Lites at the time of warranty claim submission. *Discontinued products are considered INELIGIBLE PRODUCTS.  

  • Any Product that is not purchased from Aero-Lites or one of its approved sales channels.

WARRANTIES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE. SECOND-HAND ITEMS ARE NOT COVERED BY AERO-LITES' WARRANTY.

Sole And Exclusive Remedy

Your sole and exclusive remedy for a breach of this limited warranty, and Aero-Lites' sole and entire liability is, at Aero-Lites' option, to replace the defective Product.  Aero-Lites reserves the right to send you a replacement Product that is the same or of a similar style or a substitute equivalent that may not be of like kind (depending on availability). Replacement Products are warranted (as specified above) for the remainder of the original applicable Product Limited Warranty Period. In the event the product is discontinued and/or no longer available, Aero-Lites can arrange a replacement via upgrade to a currently available product, less the purchase price of the original product for which the warranty claim was filed.

Warranty Disclaimers

Except as expressly set forth above in the applicable limited warranty, Aero-Lites makes no other express or implied warranties to the extent permitted by law and specifically disclaims and excludes all implied warranties, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, merchant-ability, compatibility with other equipment and/or modifications  or fitness for a particular purpose. If such disclaimer of any implied warranty is not permitted by law, the duration of any such implied warranties is limited to the duration set forth in this limited warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, therefore such limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. In addition to the rights described herein, you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country with respect to the exclusion or application of implied warranties, incidental and consequential damages and repair and replacement. Consequently, the limitations or exclusions specifically contained in this warranty may not be applicable to you. The applicable limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. The warranty provided herein is limited to the value of the Product. Manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice. Any oral statements or representations about the product which may have been made by an Aero-Lites representative does not constitute warranties.

In no event shall Aero-Lites be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of the use of the Product, including, without limitation, property damage, loss of value of the Product or any third party products that are used in or with the Product, or loss of use of the Product or any third party products that are used in or with the Product, even if Aero-Lites has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise), the entire liability of Aero-Lites shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Product. Some states and/or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
