Shipping Information

When will my order ship?

All of our products are in stock with no lead time, unless specified otherwise. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Typically orders will dispatch within 24 hours. Our normal shipping and order processing days are Monday through Friday. No orders are processed on Saturday, Sunday, or USPS recognized holidays. *Delivery estimates and/or delays while package in transit are out of our control and should be addressed with the respective Carrier.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Enter the tracking number in the carrier's online tracking tool to see the status. If you cannot locate your tracking number please contact us and we will be happy to provide it to you.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Domestic shipping options include USPS Postal Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air (where available).  Commercial customers may provide their shipper's account number for FedEx or UPS Collect. *Delivery estimates and/or delays while package in transit are out of our control and should be addressed with the respective Carrier.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we ship to many destinations internationally. Although you can choose international shipping options at checkout, we limit the options to USPS services due to cost constraints. Please submit a message via the contact form if you have and problems or requests for  other international shipping options. Notice: International shipments processed via UPS, FedEx or DHL are subject to a $20.00 processing surcharge.

Will you change customs values on invoices?

No. It is illegal and thus, not an option.
