Proprietary and innovative design that incorporates intelligent circuitry enabling both a constant mode for normal operations or by cycling the vessel's nav/anchor light switch will enter a high visibility strobe mode intended only to be used when an imminent collision is perceived from an overtaking vessel . Each cycle of the light switch will alternate the function between constant and strobe. If the bulb is OFF for more than 30 seconds, the bulb automatically resets so that on the next power cycle, the light begins in constant mode. This is a plug and play bulb with no modifications required whatsoever.  This lamp features Natural White (4,000k) LED chips for a softer light and superior color rendering for applications where the stern light adds supplemental flood lighting to the vessel.  Meets USCG 2NM Rule.
